Return and refund policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES ON
ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN, USED, DAMAGED, OR STAINED.

In-Store Purchases
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from scents (including perfume
and body odor).
• All original tags must be attached, and the original sales receipt must be
provided.

Online Purchases
• We do not offer exchanges for online orders.
• Online orders can receive credit towards another purchase.
• Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery in new, resalable condition
(unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unscented) with all tags attached. “Online
orders may be returned for store credit within 10 days of delivery.”
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
All Sale Items
• All discounted or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or
refunded. 

Pop-up Mākeke
• Certain Pop Up and Sale Items are sold as “All Sales Final” and donated items
cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return
To start your return or refund, you may:
1. Return the item in-store with your receipt.
2. Ship the item back to our return address (buyer pays return shipping).
